Each week I will write a little about the time I spend with my granddaughter — the ordinary things that turn out to matter. Snacks. Stories. The walk to the car. The way a small hand finds yours without asking.
I am not writing a parenting manual. I am keeping a place where those days have a home on the page, so we remember them.
